Thank you for visiting our blog spot. We hope that you will enjoy our updates and informative bits and pieces. St Vincent de Paul Camberley really could not operate without you and we thank you for your time, your donations, your spare furniture, clothing etc which helps us make such a difference to those in poverty around us.
You know, I often think back to the time when I really could not believe there would be anyone in Camberley who suffers from poverty. I mean the government help those people don't they?
It wasn't until John Looby, our leader, took me to visit a small council flat inhabited by a lady and her children that I realised some people are in dire need. Even in this affluent town. Yes, the government do help but they cannot do everything they would like to do.
Well, thanks again for helping us to help people in poverty.
